Croydon Council provide a both a paper, cardboard and a mixed recycling service open to all businesses.

Why should a business recycle?

• It is environmentally friendly and saves waste going to landfill.
• Recycling saves your business money - recycling costs approximately 1/3 the amount of normal trade waste collections.
• It’s makes great business sense - customers like to deal with environmentally responsible companies.

Croydon actively promotes recycling and we have a flexible service that collects a wide range of materials, see below for further information:

Paper and Card Recycling

Croydon Council provides a bag collection for small amounts of recycling or for larger collections we have bins up to 1100 litres. The basic elements of the paper and card recycling scheme are:

• at least once a week pick up
• all colours and types of paper and card collected.

Mixed Recycling

This includes cans, tins, glass and plastic bottles and you can have as many bins or collections as your business needs. The great news being that there is no fixed term contract and the prices are listed here:

• £1.05 per week for one paper and cardboard recycling bag
• £2.65 per week for Euro 360 litre bin
• £5.00 per week for Euro 660 litre bin
• £7.70 per week for Euro 1100 litre bin

Price quotes are exclusive of VAT

There is an annual charge of £40 for Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and recycling is a quick way to save your business money compared to sending your waste to landfill.
