Environmental action takes off at Croydon Airport Estate

During the Summer of 2004, three ENVIBE partners (The Environment Agency, Creative Environmental Networks (CEN) and Bioregional), visited the 60 or so businesses on the Airport Estate, Imperial Way.  The campaign helped businesses to meet their legislative obligations as well as understand the opportunities of energy efficiency and recycling.  One business hopes to save more than £5,000 per year in running costs by receiving an Action Energy loan to make changes to heating and lighting.
