Local commercial landlords, building owners and managing agents came together at Jury’s Inn on 14th May to discover what the new Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) legislation for commercial premises would mean to them.
During this short breakfast meeting Bianco Sale, a Silver award winner which also sponsored the breakfast, provided advice on the requirements and answered questions.
Charlotte Thirlway of Lambert Smith Hampton then described how Leon House in Croydon was responding to the EPCs and outlined what they had been doing environmentally with the help of Envibe.
Envibe then concluded by describing how landlords and tenant businesses had an opportunity to work together and collectively make a real difference saving money for all and gaining competitive edge - EPCs provide an excellent complement or ‘way in’ to such an approach.
