Envibe shared an 8am business breakfast with Croydon Commitment on 8th November 2007 hosted by Nestle, a member of both programmes, which generously provided the sausage sandwiches!
Envibe and Croydon Commitment both started in 2004 and compliment one another with Envibe helping businesses to be environmentally responsible and Croydon Commitment supporting corporate social responsibility.
At the breakfast businesses from learnt about the benefits of each programme hearing first from Phil Alexander, Chief Executive of Crystal Palace Football Club, and the Club’s work with schools through Croydon Commitment and then from Sean Duggan, Group Editor of Newsquest South London who explained how Envibe had helped transform the way the newspaper does business by considering the environment more and more through the production process and in the office.
