ENVIBE - Environmental Business Excellence

To qualify for a Gold Award your business needs to achieve the following and be able to provide supporting evidence.

Both a Bronze and Silver ENVIBE award
Evidence of formal Environmental Management* including targets and regular monitoring either in place or in development.
At least one sustainable travel* initiative such as a Green Travel Plan, car sharing or incentives to reduce car use.
Evidence of wider community engagement related to the environment (e.g. schools environmental projects, conservation volunteering, sponsorship of local green space/litter bins or routine ‘front of premise’ clean-ups) and other community activities e.g. fund raising, sponsorship etc. This should be recognised (if appropriate) through The Croydon Commitment, a local Business and Community engagement programme. Once your application has been received you will receive a visit from Envibe to review your application. If your business qualifies you will receive your certificate, window sticker and soft copy Gold award logo.
