ENVIBE - Environmental Business Excellence

To qualify for a Gold Award your business needs to achieve the following and be able to provide supporting evidence.

Both a Bronze and Silver ENVIBE award
Evidence of formal Environmental Management* including targets and regular monitoring either in place or in development.
At least one sustainable travel* initiative such as car sharing, incentives to reduce car use or a Green Travel Plan
Evidence of wider community engagement related to the environment (e.g. conservation volunteering, sponsorship of local green space/litter bins or routine ‘front of premise’ clean-ups) and other community activities e.g. fund raising, sponsorship etc. This should be recognised (if appropriate) through The Croydon Commitment, a local Business and Community engagement programme. Once your application has been received you will receive a visit from two Envibe partners. If your business qualifies you will receive your certificate, window sticker and soft copy Gold award logo.
